Meet Life Coach Jeri

With over 20 years of experience, Jeri is a seasoned life coach dedicated to helping individuals and couples achieve self-understanding, personal growth, and holistic well-being. Her approach combines mindfulness, self-care strategies, and proven coaching techniques to support her clients on their journey towards a more fulfilling and purposeful life. She is a certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher (CYT 200), Habit Coach, Self-Care and Boundaries Coach, Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator (SEL*F), and an EFT (tapping) practitioner.
